October 3, 2019 – Kuhs & Parker obtains $1.45 million in compensation for landowners in settlement of eminent domain proceeding where the condemning agency’s pre-condemnation offer was $141,400; two years prior to settlement, the condemning agency rejected our offer to settle for $1.14 million, and K&P later defeated a motion for prejudgment possession and obtained an order of dismissal of the initial proceeding and an award of $90,358 in attorney’s fees and costs, forcing the condemning agency to file a new proceeding.

January 1, 2019 – Kuhs & Parker announces that Bernie Barmann has become a member of the firm.

July 6, 2015 – Kuhs & Parker obtains $16.7 million jury verdict for wind energy firm in breach of contract dispute.
